In our work, we always encounter some seemingly difficult tasks, and even list n reasonable reasons why we can't complete them. However, we should be responsible for the results, even if it is not finished, then we should do our best to do it. As an excellent employee, we should not look for any excuse in our work. We should try our best to surpass our expectations in every work. We should accomplish the tasks assigned by our superiors and solve problems for our superiors. We should fully cooperate with colleagues' work and ask for help from colleagues without any excuse to shirk or delay.

Let yourself shine

In daily work and life, it is inevitable to encounter a variety of problems, but also produce a lot of emotions. Negative emotions such as complaint and anxiety are like poison, which can hurt others and the whole team invisibly, while positive emotions like sunshine can illuminate and warm the people around them. Therefore, as an excellent employee, we should have the ability to adjust mentality at any time. When you encounter problems, try to solve them. Don't slack off, be pessimistic, and don't complain. You should believe that as long as you work hard, you can overcome any obstacles.

Looking for self value and growing together with enterprises

With the rapid development of the company, our platform is becoming larger and larger. Many people will lose their passion and direction in their dull work and become work puppets. We should have a correct understanding of ourselves and find and realize self-worth in our work. This value is not how much you can get, but what you can do for the enterprise. In the process of what you want to do for the enterprise, you will get more. This problem once troubled me. When I entered the front-line sales department, with the growth of personal sales performance, I saw my own value, because I created value for the enterprise. Although this achievement is not enough, but in the process of trying to do something for the enterprise and keep up with the pace of enterprise development, the enterprise has given me more feedback.
