It is understood that on May 30, more than 4100 affordable housing units of Huilongguan Rongze Jiayuan phase II had been opened to families waiting for price limiting houses in Xicheng District; on June 6, nearly 1400 affordable and price limited housing units for two projects of Changping poly Roland Xianggu and Yiyuan were publicly numbered. After entering June, the supply of affordable housing suddenly took off, and the lottery process also accelerated.

The reporter learned from the Municipal Commission of housing and urban rural development that, in order to solve the housing difficulties of waiting families in advance, the municipal and district housing insurance departments have formulated the affordable housing allocation scheme, implemented the monthly distribution index, and listed the affordable housing projects listed in the construction plan into the monthly distribution plan according to the project progress. At the same time, we should strengthen coordination in the construction of affordable housing, further simplify the procedures, and ensure that all the affordable housing for sale can be allocated within three months when it meets the conditions for pre-sale, and the allocation of rental affordable housing will be organized six months before the completion of the rental affordable housing.

This year, 29000 new affordable housing units of various types have been started

Since April 19 last year, Beijing has implemented unified application and examination of affordable housing. This is also a watershed of the new and old affordable housing policy. According to the regulations issued at that time, under the premise of keeping the existing housing security system basically unchanged, we implemented the "simultaneous development of rent and sale, mainly rent" in the distribution of affordable housing. The waiting families that have been put on record before the implementation of the unified application examination policy are still protected in the original way.

By the end of May, 29000 new affordable housing units of various types have been started in this city, accounting for 42% of the annual starting task; 55000 units have been completed, accounting for 55% of the completed tasks this year; and the construction investment of affordable housing has reached 27.4 billion yuan, accounting for 55% of the annual investment. In 2014, the city plans to start construction of 70000 sets of affordable housing of various types, and complete 100000 sets. Judging from the implementation of the current plan, the total amount of construction and completion and the housing structure can meet the relevant requirements of the target tasks issued by the Ministry of housing and urban rural development this year.

187 unqualified families have withdrawn from public rental housing

While speeding up the lottery and supply of affordable housing, government agencies have also enhanced the verification of affordable housing. According to the latest notice of the Municipal Commission of housing and urban rural development, all districts and counties should conduct dynamic verification on the families of affordable housing, and those who do not meet the qualification should withdraw from the affordable housing system. For example, if there are illegal use behaviors such as lending (lending), renting (subleasing), selling, changing the use of houses without authorization, etc., during the period of residence of the guaranteed families, they will be investigated and dealt with.

Since 2007, each district and county in the affordable housing qualification examination and annual review has terminated the record qualification of 41000 families who do not meet the security conditions. Among the families who have obtained housing security, 187 unqualified families have withdrawn from public rental housing (including low rent housing); 177 families have withdrawn from affordable or price limited housing; 3 cases of illegal use of public rental housing have been found, and the property right unit and the housing security department have ordered them to quit; In addition, four real estate brokerage agencies were found to provide brokerage services for the security houses that did not meet the transaction conditions, and they have been transferred to the law enforcement department for investigation and punishment.
